Is there a reason why the visibility graph is hiding the current room i am in?

I am currently having issues with Snap Grid Flow Visibility Graph where every so often I will enter a room and that room will get disabled. I have played with making the depth be 1 or 2 and it still fails. I only have 3 rooms registered but seems to happen with random seeds.

Any help would be appreciated. the rooms are set up to their bare bones. What could be affecting this?

Seems like my issue is because of some steam particles I added to a room. Is there a reason why having these particles would affect the visibility graph and is there a way to mitigate this?
